How does the AI Trip Planner work?
Tell us your budget, destination, dates, and preferences. Our AI analyzes thousands of flight, hotel, and activity options to build a complete day-by-day itinerary in seconds — including restaurants that match your dietary needs (halal, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) if requested.
Are halal-certified options verified?
Yes. All halal restaurants are verified by official certification bodies (JAKIM, MUI, JHA, etc.) and re-checked monthly. We also note "Muslim-friendly" options that don't serve pork/alcohol but aren't formally certified.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellation policies depend on your fare type and provider. Many bookings include free cancellation. Gold and Platinum members get free cancellation on most bookings.
How do I earn ToGo Rewards points?
Earn 1 point per $1 spent on bookings. Silver tier earns 1.25×, Gold 1.5×, Platinum 2×. You also earn from partner shops, dining, and credit card transfers.
