Terms of Service — ToGo Travel

TL;DR: By using ToGo Travel, you agree to use it honestly, pay for premium services on time, and understand we provide travel planning (not bookings or guarantees of third-party services).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToGo Travel (togo-travel.pages.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2. Our Service

ToGo Travel provides:

Free AI Trip Planner — generates basic itineraries
Premium Custom Plans — personalized PDF itineraries (USD 5–25)
Travel resources — destinations, blog articles, tools
Affiliate links — to Booking.com, Skyscanner, Klook, etc.

We provide planning information, not actual bookings. You book flights, hotels, and activities yourself through third-party providers.

3. Premium Service Terms

Delivery time: Within 24 hours of payment (48 hours for complex multi-country plans)
Revisions: 2 free revision rounds within 7 days of delivery
Refunds: Full refund within 24 hours if plan not yet delivered
First-time customers: Free 2-day plan (one per customer)
Pricing: All prices in USD. Currency conversions are approximate.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before plan delivery. Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, TNG eWallet, GrabPay. All payments are non-refundable after plan delivery (except in cases of major service failure).

5. User Responsibilities

When using ToGo Travel, you agree to:

Provide accurate information
Verify all bookings and prices yourself before traveling
Comply with destination countries' laws and visa requirements
Use the service for personal travel planning, not commercial reselling
Not copy, redistribute, or resell our PDF plans

6. Disclaimers

ToGo Travel is provided "as is" without warranties. We make every effort to verify information, but:

Prices may change between plan delivery and your trip
Restaurants may close, change hours, or change halal status
Transport schedules may be modified
Weather and external factors may affect your plans

We recommend verifying critical info (visa, halal certification, booking availability) before traveling.

7. Limitation of Liability

ToGo Travel's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your plan (max USD 25 for premium plans). We are not liable for:

Travel disruptions, cancellations, or delays
Issues with third-party services (hotels, airlines, restaurants)
Loss of property, injury, or personal incidents during travel
Currency fluctuations affecting your budget

8. Affiliate Links Disclosure

We earn small commissions when you book through our affiliate links (Booking.com, Skyscanner, Klook, SafetyWing insurance). This doesn't affect the price you pay. We only recommend services we genuinely believe help travelers.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, itinerary designs, and PDF templates are owned by ToGo Travel. You may use delivered plans for personal travel only. Reselling, redistributing, or republishing our content without permission is prohibited.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraud, or abusive behavior.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced on this page.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in Thai courts.
